Tossed with truffle salt and served with a shaved fennel and

Sicilian orange salad. Finished with ver jus and shaved prosciutto





Braised Lamb Shank

Served with creamy polenta and braised vegetable in jus



Hardwood Smoked Beef Short ribs

Served with house BBQ sauce, fried whipped potatoes and

a ricotta, cherry and watermelon salad,

dressed with honey & lemon



Grilled Swordfish

Grilled Swordfish, served in a pool of smoked heirloom tomato bisque. Accompanied with a warm salad of caramelized shallots, roasted wild mushrooms and imported olives
