Pictured below are a couple of important guys that help keep the Dockside maintained at a high level. Scott and Zach Chase are the carpenters who repair just about everything at Dockside. They show up in November and leave in April. Scott has been with us for over 35 years.
Siding, windows decks, leaking roofs and more. 
In the project pictured above they are replacing rotten siding out side of room 115 in the Lookout. BUT they had to remove the stairs going to room 119 & 120 to get at the problem. Nothing is simple!
