The father and son operation that is SoMe Brewing Company has been brewing great beer since 2013, officially, with a tradition that goes back many years. What started as an experiment ended in a tropical and citrusy combination of Mosaic and Magnum hops with flaked oats that will win your heart. Combine that with a malty backbone and you’ve got a great beer you’ll want multiples of.
The Crystal Persuasion is a double pale ale made with Crystal hops. Citrus on the nose and powerful IPA flavor come together with a clean finish of bitter malt smoothness. It’s an easy drinker, despite the high IBU count.
