Lunch options include a Classic Lobster Roll, Fish and Chips, Crab Cakes, Native Fried Clams and much more. Dinner entrees include Pan Seared Diver Scallops, Steamed or Stuffed Maine Lobster and Fire Roasted Vegetable Ravioli, just to name a few.

Foodies will love stopping in Stonewall Kitchen, which stocks specialty foods, gifts, kitchen accessories, tableware and more. Stonewall Kitchen also offers hands-on cooking classes, as well as cooking demonstrations where you can sit back, relax and taste the featured menu items. Open daily.

Entertainment/Bars in York Harbor, Maine

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a beverage in the evening, you may want to check out The Central Restaurant and Bar,  which serves Maine craft beers and wine. York Grille and Pub offers several drink specials during the week, as well as live music.  Inn on the Blues Restaurant also offers beer, wine and a menu of fun cocktails, as well as live music.

If you feel like staying a little closer to “home,” the Dockside Restaurant is a great place to grab a drink.

Beaches in York Harbor, Maine

There are several beaches in the York Harbor area for you and your family to enjoy.

Harbor Beach is a sheltered sandy beach against a rocky shoreline. It offers parking (limited), offers restrooms and has lifeguards on duty. In addition to enjoying the beach, we recommend checking out the walking trails, too.

Long Sands is a family friendly beach with parking. It offers a 1.5-mile stretch of white sand, lifeguards, restrooms and shops/restaurants within walking distance.

Short Sands is another great beach with a large parking area, lifeguards on duty and shops/restaurants just a short walk away. After spending a day relaxing on the sand or playing in the surf, enjoy an evening concert at the Short Sands Gazebo.
