Beaches in York Harbor, Maine
There are several beaches in the York Harbor area for you and your family to enjoy.
Harbor Beach is a sheltered sandy beach against a rocky shoreline. It offers parking (limited), offers restrooms and has lifeguards on duty. In addition to enjoying the beach, we recommend checking out the walking trails, too.
Long Sands is a family friendly beach with parking. It offers a 1.5-mile stretch of white sand, lifeguards, restrooms and shops/restaurants within walking distance.
Short Sands is another great beach with a large parking area, lifeguards on duty and shops/restaurants just a short walk away. After spending a day relaxing on the sand or playing in the surf, enjoy an evening concert at the Short Sands Gazebo.
